🚫 New Feature: Cancel Reports Easily

You can now cancel any report directly from Regi, either from the reports list or from the detail page. No need to access SES Hospedajes.
Say Goodbye to SES Hospedajes for Cancellations
Until now, if you needed to cancel a report for any reason (booking cancelled, data error, guest change of plans), you had to log into SES Hospedajes and do it manually. Just like users of other platforms still have to do.
With Regi, you no longer need to access SES Hospedajes to cancel a report. You do everything from our app.
The cancellation is automatically sent to SES Hospedajes. You don't have to do anything else.
How to Cancel a Report
You have two ways to do it:
From the Reports List
- Find the report you want to cancel
- Click on the actions menu (the three dots)
- Select "Cancel"
From the Detail Page
- Open the report you want to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Report" button at the top
In both cases, a dialog will open where you can confirm the cancellation.
Add a Reason (Optional)
When cancelling a report, you can add a reason. This is completely optional, but it can be useful for your own records.
The cancellation reason can be up to 500 characters. Enough to briefly explain why.
Some example reasons:
- "Booking cancelled by guest"
- "Error in check-in dates"
- "Incorrect traveler data"
Designed for All Devices
The cancellation dialog automatically adapts to your device:
- On mobile: Shows as a sliding panel from the bottom
- On desktop: Shows as a centered dialog
You can cancel reports from any device, wherever you are.
What Happens After Cancelling?
Once the report is cancelled:
- The cancellation is automatically sent to SES Hospedajes
- The report status changes to "Cancelled"
- You receive a notification confirming the cancellation
If something fails, we'll show you a clear error message so you know what happened.
