With your email or with Google. The 21 days start when you confirm the code we send you.

If you already have a user, it takes minutes. If not, we register you ourselves: it usually takes a day.

Your guests fill in their details on their phones, and Regi files the report and checks it is accepted.

If you activate, the first charge comes when the 21 days end. If not, Regi pauses at that moment and charges you nothing.
What you need to get started
Setup first asks whether you already have an SES.Hospedajes account. Your answer sends you down one of these two paths.

Regi checks the credentials on the spot and you finish in one sitting.

- The property's address and details: type, rooms and internet.
- Your authorisation for Regi to register you as your representative.
We register you and email you when it is ready. Your trial days keep counting in the meantime.
Then, either way, you copy your check-in link into the automatic message on Airbnb or Booking.com.
We set everything up for you, free.
For the first 30 customers each month who get in touch to try Regi. We do it with you over WhatsApp.
To continue, you activate in three steps
During the trial, a bar at the top of the app shows how many days you have left. You can activate on any day.
- You press "Activate" on that bar.
- You pick the monthly or the annual plan, and how many properties.
- You enter your card on Stripe's secure payment page.
Activate with more than two days of trial to go and the first charge comes when the 21 days end, at the time of day you confirmed your account. Not before, not after.
In the last two days, or once the trial is over, the charge is immediate.
No commitment. You cancel the renewal from your account whenever you like and keep Regi until the end of the paid period.
Day 22
If you don't activate, Regi pauses on day 22
We charge you nothing, because we don't have your card. There is no grace period: the pause comes that same day.
Stops
- Regi stops creating and filing reports.
- The check-in link pauses and your guests see a notice.
- Bookings are hidden until you activate.
Stays
- Your filed reports, to look up whenever you need.
- Your account and your setup. Nothing is deleted.
If you activate later, the charge is immediate and everything picks up where you left it.

Questions about the trial
Do I need a card to start?
No. We don't ask for any payment method during the 21 days. You only add one if you decide to continue.
Will you charge me if I do nothing?
No. Without a card there is nothing to charge. On day 22 Regi pauses and stays paused until you activate.
When do the 21 days start?
When you confirm your email with the code we send you on signing up, not when you finish setting up.
What if the SES.Hospedajes registration takes longer?
It is usually ready in a day and we email you. If it drags on and the trial falls short, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out with you.
Can I try it with several properties?
Yes. Everything works during the trial, with all your properties. When you activate you choose how many your plan covers.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Yes, from your account. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep Regi until then, and the unused part isn't refunded.
Do my guests have to install anything?
No. They open a link in their phone browser, fill in their details and sign right there, without creating an account.
