Service description
Regi is a SaaS platform that automates traveler registration for accommodation providers in Spain, in compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 and the operating procedures published by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior on the SES.Hospedajes platform.
The service is offered to professional users (lodgings, hotels, property managers) under the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and, where the service involves processing of traveler personal data, the Data Processing Agreement.
Hosting
The marketing site at regi.es is delivered through Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare CDN. The authenticated application is hosted on Vercel. Backend services and traveler data run on Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the European Union (regions eu-west-3 Paris and eu-south-2 Spain).

Intellectual property
All content of this website — including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, source code, and the selection and arrangement of those elements — is the property of the operator or of its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation of the content for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written authorization. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
"Regi" and the Regi logo are signs identifying this service. Their use without authorization is prohibited.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. The operator does not control those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Liability
The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the website operational, accurate, and free from errors or harmful components, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of defects.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator excludes liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, except where such damages result from willful misconduct or gross negligence.
When a contractual relationship exists between the user and the operator (for example, a paid subscription to the Regi service), liability is governed by the Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any matter arising from the use of the website are governed by Spanish law.
For consumer users, the competent courts are those of the consumer's domicile, as required by consumer protection law. For professional users, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Málaga, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
